The Utah Cultural Trust

The Utah Cultural Trust (UCT) was formed to engage the community in Utah through arts and education with a focus on diversity and inclusion through technology, the arts and leadership building. We have been working in Salt Lake City for the past year on building partnerships in the community around diversity and inclusion with organizations like the Utah African American Chamber, the Utah Hispanic Chamber, the Utah Asian American Chamber, the Salt Lake City Mayor’s office and other community based organizations.

We address pre-K to 30+ through programs in Utah connecting our diverse communities to events and activities that broaden their scope through the vast resources currently available. Utah is far more diverse than some people might know and we have created an organization that is becoming the umbrella for diverse community based organizations in Utah.

The Utah Cultural Trust is not a community service project, we are empowering young people in Utah by engaging them through leadership, mentorship and community resources. We have eight large events planned in 2019 and we would like to introduce our organization, our leadership team and ways we are engaging the diverse community in Utah.
